Alana De La Garza was born in the year 1976 by a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother. She is a well-known actress on television. The year was 1976. Within a short time she was moving to Texas and pursued her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas only a short time before moving to Orlando Florida. She then moved to New York in 2001 and got her first role as Rosa Santos on All My Children, a daytime soap. Through the first half of 2000 She appeared on small parts for JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got her first major series role on the short-lived drama The Mountain.
